1. Who is responsible

AI-Powered Family is the data controller for the website email records described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@aipoweredfamily.com.

2. What we collect

When you request the Starter Kit, we process:

• the email address you enter;
• the page or form source, request and delivery timestamps, and delivery status;
• limited technical information such as IP address and browser user agent for consent evidence, security, and troubleshooting;
• your separate newsletter choice and its wording, time, confirmation status, and unsubscribe status where applicable.

We do not ask for a child’s name, school, family schedule, prompt content, or other household details for website delivery or newsletter purposes.

3. Why we use it

Delivering a requested product

We use your email address to send the Starter Kit link and operational information needed for that request. This processing is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

Optional newsletter and product updates

If you select the optional newsletter checkbox, we send a separate confirmation link. The ongoing subscription begins only after that confirmation. Its legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Requesting the Starter Kit again without selecting the checkbox does not subscribe, unsubscribe, or otherwise change an existing newsletter choice.

Security and delivery records

Limited technical and delivery records are used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service and to keep evidence of consent choices. We do not use them for profiling or automated decisions.

4. Service provider and international processing

The website, database, and outbound email delivery run on Cloudflare services. Cloudflare processes the data needed to host the site, store the request, and deliver the email on our behalf. Its infrastructure may process information outside the European Economic Area under applicable contractual and transfer safeguards.

The public Starter Kit PDF is hosted on this website. AI-Powered Family does not receive the family information you later enter into your chosen AI assistant; that provider’s own terms and privacy settings apply.

5. How long we keep records

• Starter Kit request and email-acceptance records are normally kept for no more than 12 months after the most recent request for support and delivery auditing.
• An unconfirmed newsletter link expires after 30 days. Its active token and newsletter-specific technical evidence are then cleared during retention maintenance; any associated Starter Kit delivery record follows the separate 12-month schedule.
• A confirmed newsletter record is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• After unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum suppression and consent record needed to honour the request and demonstrate compliance.

6. Cookies and measurement

This website does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, or non-essential tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process essential network and security information needed to serve and protect the site. If optional measurement is added later, this notice and the relevant consent controls will be updated first.

7. Your choices and rights

Newsletter confirmation and every future newsletter include a way to withdraw consent. You can also email hello@aipoweredfamily.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object where applicable. We may ask you to verify that you control the address involved.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
